Ada Mae Pritchett

PRITCHETT, Mrs. Mae Wood, 78, a resident of Grady, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Funeral services for Mrs. Pritchett will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 31, from the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Anderson and Rev. Parker Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Pritchett set a beautiful, Godly example for family, teaching them the importance of daily Bible reading and constant prayer. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched. They will cherish her memory throughout their years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Doc and Winnie Pearl Jackson Wood, and her sister, Eva Moman. Mrs. Pritchett is survived by her husband of 60 years, Leo Pritchett, sister, Sue Blake, two brothers, Charles (Elaine) Wood and Dick (Mickey) Wood, and many loving nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be David Wood, Jason Wood, Jed Wood, Teron Wood, Colt Wood, and Dylane Blake. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 – 11 AM.
