Ann Moses Simpson

SIMPSON, Mrs. Ann Moses, 90, a resident of Montgomery and formerly of Luverne died Friday September 27, 2013. Funeral services will be 3 pm Sunday September 29, 2013 at the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Moses officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Ms. Simpson will be interred in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery beside her parents. Ms. Simpson was a graduate of Luverne High School and had a long working career with the State of Alabama Highway Department. She was a member of Capital Heights Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her husband, Judge Robert T. Simpson; her parents, Griel and Eulalia “Criss “Moses; and two sisters, Mary Louise Overall and Sara Kirkland. Survivors include her sister, Dorothy M. Ridolphi; a nephew, Earl D. Ridolphi, Jr.; five nieces, Mickie K. West, Marilyn O. Gibbs, Krista K. Clark, Laura R. Jolley, and Kathy O. Bridgers; and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. The family requests that in lieu of flowers any memorial donations be made to your favorite charity. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2 pm until service time.
