Annie Pearl Henagan

HENAGAN, Mrs. Annie Pearl, age 85, a resident of Luverne, AL and formerly of Brantley, AL, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2014 in Old Union Cemetery with Rev. Huey Anderson officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Henagan is preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Henagan; her granddaughter, Heather Alsbrooks; her parents, Sam and Esther Kennedy; her sister, Wilma Kennedy; and brother Clyde Kennedy. She is survived by two sons, Buddy (Lynann) Henagan and Mickey Henagan; seven grandchildren, Matthew (Kristi) Henagan, Nathan (Dusty) Henagan, Kirk (Crystal) Alsbrooks, Lisa Henagan, David (Gail) Henagan, Michael Henagan, and Tim Morrow; nine great grandchildren. Active pallbearers will be Nathan Henagan, Matthew Henagan, Kirk Alsbrooks, Ryan Alsbrooks, Mike Edgar, and Don Morgan. Honorary pallbearers will be David Henagan and Michael Henagan. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 12:30 – 1:30 pm before leaving in a procession to the cemetery.
