April Michelle Ivey

April Michelle Ivey died January 5, 2023 at the age of 42. Shocking all who loved her by being ahead of schedule for the first time in her life. She was a woman whose heart was larger than her frame. Like her mother, April continuously gave whatever she had to help anyone who asked her as well as to those who didn’t know how to. She was a force to be reckoned with as well as a source of comfort and kindness. She will be dearly missed.

A celebration of April's life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 14th, at 881 Hickory Grove Road, Rutledge, Alabama with Pastor Nic Newton delivering the eulogy.

April was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Baker Stephenson. She is survived by her children, Tia (Jake) Burdette and Morgan Ivey; her father, Steve Stephenson Sr; siblings, Corey Stephenson, Steven (Tanya) Stephenson Jr, and Amanda Jones; several nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family members and friends.
