Barbara Holland

HOLLAND, Mrs. Barbara, age 85, a resident of Luverne, AL and formerly of Petrey, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, March 10, 2017 from Turner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Rouse officiating. Interment will follow in Petrey Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Holland was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Morris Holland; son, Clyde Holland; grandson, Timothy McWaters; a sister, Maxie Pringle; and brother, Johnny Kelley. She is survived by four children, Lycrecia (Burt) Bradley, Dallas H. Turner, Carmelletta (David) Mills, and Stanley Holland; eight grandchildren, Tracy Clifton, John Mills, Jr., Dana Lynn Johnson, Teresa Catherine McWaters, Herbert Roberson, Mitchell Holland, Shelly Holland, and Austin Holland; eight great grandchildren; and two sisters, Juanita Cross and Shirley Davis. The family will receive friends at Turner Funeral Home Friday afternoon from 1 pm until service time.
