HUGHES, Mrs. Becky, 66, a resident of Glenwood, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018. Funeral services for Mrs. Hughes will be held at 1:30pm on Saturday, November 10, at Glenwood Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing.
Mrs. Hughes was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also a dedicated member of Glenwood Baptist Church and loved her Lord, Jesus Christ. Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Jeanette Carnes. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Steve Hughes; two sons, Jason (Angela) Hughes and Danny (Selena) Hughes; and three grandchildren, Cole Hughes, Meagan Hughes, and Caitlin Hughes.
Active pallbearers will be Keith Linton, Blake Stallings, Brad Jeffcoat, Cole Hughes, Bill Henderson, and Denny Stallings. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Glenwood Baptist Church. They will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 12:30 - 1:30pm.
