Bessie Lou Frazier

FRAZIER, Mrs. Bessie Lou Duncan, age 61, a resident of Honoraville, Alabama, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Danielville Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Looney and Rev. Ricky Crysell officiating. Interment will follow in Cool Springs Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bessie Owens Duncan; brother, James Harold “Goobie” Duncan; and many friends and loved ones. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Auther L. “Bert” Frazier; three children, Christopher (Karen) Frazier, Crystal & Lamar Daniel, and Melaine (Bobby) Tillery; five grandchildren, Ashley Frazier, LeeAnne Tillery, ShyAnne Tillery, Adam Crysell, and Elizabeth Crysell; one great-granddaughter, Hayley Scott; six sisters, Judy Cartwright, Alma Pruitt, Gail Duncan, Linda Joiner, Barbara Frazier, and Phyllis Oliver; and three brothers, Robert Duncan, Kenneth Ray Duncan, and Joe Ray Owens. Active pallbearers will be Bobby Earl Lowe, Johnny Ray Frazier, Eddie Paul Frazier, Farron Frazier, Kenny Wayne Frazier, and Lamar Daniel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 6-8pm. Mrs. Frazier will lie-in-state for 30 minutes prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
