After interment, immediate family are welcomed to join for food and fellowship in the Danielville Chruch Hall as we celebrate her remarkable life!

Bettie Jo was a treasured part of the Honoraville community as she both owned and operated Mason's Grocery for over 30 years. The community knew and felt her big, open, and generous heart. Bettie Jo was a safe harbor in the storms life thrown at so many people. Whether it was a conversation, a cigarette, a few groceries, or a car, if Bettie could help you with it--she was absolutely going to do so. She worked so hard for everything she had and knew how to squeeze a penny. Bettie was also a genuinely beloved "Granny" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She stepped in to help raise them when needed, and those babies never went lacking, especially when Granny was whipping up all of their favorite Southern home cooking in her kitchen! There just aren't enough words to describe how special she was or how much she meant to all those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind an incredible legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family. Her absence will be deeply felt, but she leaves behind a wealth of cherished memories that will endure in the hearts and minds of her loved ones for years to come.

Bettie Jo was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Mason; their children, Cindy Mason Daniel and Larry Zane Mason; parents, Oliver Alexander & Clemmie Inez Gaddy Moseley; and siblings, Louise Norris, Brooks Moseley, Vance Moseley, Harold Moseley, John B. Moseley, and Julie Williams. She is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Nicholas (Magan) Daniel, Jonathan (Jennifer) Daniel, Christopher (Ginger) Daniel, Alexander (Michaela) Daniel, Michael (Amanda) Mason, Lindsey (Jordan) Adkins, and Benjamin Mason; great-grandchildren, Noah Daniel, Mackenzie Daniel, Leighton Daniel, Everest Daniel, Paige Daniel, Chase Daniel, Andrew Daniel, Caroline Daniel, Elijah Daniel, Luke Daniel; Zoey Mason, Avah Mason, Emma Mason, Ryann Adkins and Emory Adkins sisters, Adele Jones and Annie Ruth Sims; brother-in-law, Vernon Mason; sister-in-law, Bonnie Mason; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Nicholas Daniel, Jonathan Daniel, Christopher Daniel, Alexander Daniel, Farion Mason, and Michael Mason
