Carrie Roberson Martin

MARTIN, Mrs. Carrie Roberson, 71, a resident of Pensacola, FL died Tuesday, January 17, 2012. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 21, 2012 in Siloam Cemetery with Rev. Burney Enzor officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Carrie spent her youth and young adult life in Crenshaw and Montgomery Counties. She then moved to Pensacola where she lived for over 40 years. In addition to her loving family, she leaves many friends in the Pensacola area to mourn her passing. Mrs. Martin is preceded in death by her father, Herman M. Roberson, her mother, Leila Graydon Roberson Boglioli, and her brother, Walter H. Roberson. She is survived by two daughters, Shannon Lynn Martin and Dora Leigh Martin, both of Pensacola, FL; two sisters, Mary Lee Mardis of Montgomery and Mabelene Roberson of Ozark, AL; one brother, Louis J. Boglioli of Luverne, AL; a special cousin, Irby Reed Brook, Jr. of Montgomery; special friend, LaRhonda Parker of Pensacola; along with 12 loving nieces & nephews. Family and friends will meet at the gravesite on Saturday at the service hour. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Amedisys Hospice Services of Montgomery.
