OWENS, Charles Ernest, 91, a resident of Brantley died Thursday, August 2, 2012.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 11AM from Liberty Congregational Church with Rev. David Richburg and Rev. Woody Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Owens is preceded in death by his wife, Mirl Wallace Owens; daughter, Ernestine Owens; son, Johnny Mack Owens and son-in-law, Charles Hall. He is survived by two children, Jackie Hall and Charles(Mary) Owens; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and thirteen great great grandchildren; and brother, James McCarthy.
