Charles Russell Hamil

HAMIL, Mr. Charles Russell, 82, a resident of Luverne died Saturday December 22, 2012. Graveside services will be 11 am Saturday December 29, 2012 at the Luverne Emmaus Cemetery with Rev. William Leverette officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Hamil is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Lula Belle Hamil and two brothers, Jennings S. Hamil and James E. Hamil. Survivors include nieces and nephews, William (Stephanie) Hamil, Spencer Hamil, Janis (Mike) Morand, Michael (Wendy) Hamil, Becky (Phil) Gibb, Steve Hamil, and Bryan (Susan) Hamil; a number of great nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Loyall Hamil and Lorna Hamil; and a close friend, Mack Snell. Active pallbearers will be Bill Hamil, Spencer Hamil, Mike Hamil, Bryan Hamil, Mike Morand, and Mack Snell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 9:30am until 10:30am.
