Charles Allen Miller

MILLER, Mr. Charles Allen, 67, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018. Funeral services for Mr. Miller will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 14, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home with Rev. Derek Sowell officiating. Interment will follow in Luverne Emmaus Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Miller spent 30 years as a Tool Pusher on oil rigs all over the world. He was preceded in death by his parents, G.T. Miller and Gladys Holmes Miller; sister, Sybil Dickey; and brother, George Thaxton “Top” Miller. Mr. Miller is survived by his three loving daughters, Shelley (Joey) Messick, Robin (Mike) Ross, and Terrie (Edward) Lowery; four grandchildren, Alex Motes, Coy Messick, Connor Lowery, and Emma Lowery; and sister, Ruthie Jean Miller. Active pallbearers will be Joey Messick, Edward Lowery, Mike Ross, Alex Motes, Coy Messick, and Connor Lowery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10 - 11 AM.
