Charles Raymond Richburg

RICHBURG, Mr. Charles Raymond, 77, a resident of Luverne died Saturday February 26, 2011. Funeral services will be Tuesday March 1, 2011 at 2 pm from the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Thomas and Minister John Dickinson officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hills Cemetery, Troy, AL with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Richburg was preceded in death by his parents, W.A. and Lucy Barnett Richburg. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Edna Sipper Richburg; five children, Sheila Richburg of Bristol, TN, Cheryl (Joe) Petrey of Tuscaloosa, Ray (Becky) Richburg and Lori (Bo) Boyd, both of Luverne; and Daryl (Andrea) Richburg of Orlanda, FL; thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister, Louise (James) Sanders of Goshen; and brother, Ralph (Annette) Richburg of Troy. Active pallbearers will be Fletcher Bozeman, Paul Bozeman, Stevie Taylor, Keith Stephens, Stae Sanders, Mike Sims, Terry Sanders and Randy Sanders.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6pm until 8pm.
