Mrs. Cheri Dean Register, 46, a resident of Highland Home, Alabama, sadly lost her hard-fought battle with cancer at Baptist Medical Center South on Sunday, March 7, 2021. A graveside service for Cheri will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, March 11th, in Sardis Cemetery with Rev. Jim Looney officiating and Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing.
Cheri grew up in Tallassee, Alabama, and moved to Highland Home after her marriage. She worked as a dental hygienist by trade and worked from Montgomery to Greenville and Troy over the years. More importantly, she was a devoted wife and mother for 23 years. There was nothing she was prouder of than her family, and she gave them the majority of her time and energy. She was full of patience and love when it came to her family, and she was well-known for how active she was in all of the activities her children participated in. From ball games to beauty pageants, she was always there. In what free time she took for herself, she could usually be found indulging in her love of shopping or enjoying the sun by the pool. She was an indispensable part of her family, and they will miss her more than words could ever express. However, her loved ones are grateful that she is no longer suffering and will cherish all of the beautiful memories they made together.
Cheri is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Brian Register; their three children, Dustin Register, Natalee Register, and Maloree Register; father, Richard (Kathleen) Dean; mother, Dottie McQueen; and two brothers, Rodney Dean & Mikey Bellury.
