Chester Ray Batchelor

BATCHELOR, Mr. Chester Ray, 61, a resident of Andalusia, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016. A graveside service for Mr. Batchelor will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, August 30, in Siloam Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leigh Batchelor, daughter, Amanda Batchelor, parents, John and Beatrice Kilpatrick Batchelor, two sisters, Belinda Batchelor and Louise Moncrief, and two brothers, Charles Batchelor and Henry Batchelor. Mr. Batchelor is survived by two children, Abby (Troy) Donath and Chris (Mellisa) Batchelor, four grandchildren, sister, Mary Bennington, and three brothers, Paul (Martha J.) Batchelor, Neal (Marilyn) Batchelor, and Franklin Batchelor. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:30 – 1:30pm.
