Mr. Clyde Edward Williamson, 68, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 in his home.

Mr. Williamson spent many years working as a truck driver, hauling timber, asphalt, and other materials. In his free time, he loved spending time outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing, or working on cars. He provided a strong example of the value of hard work to his family. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, who loved nothing more than spending time with his family. He will be sorely missed by all of them.

Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his parents, Marion & Ollie Buis Williamson; sister, Janice King; niece, Anitra Franklin; and nephew, “Little Joe” Williamson. He is survived by his three children, James Williamson, Jody Williamson, and Christy Williamson (Brandon) House; three grandchildren, Sayge Williamson, Blake Williamson, Jonathan Williamson; two siblings, Joseph Williamson and Edwina (Wayne) Franklin; and several nieces & nephews.
