WILLIAMS, Mrs. Corrine Burgans, 90, a resident of Brantley died Saturday, May 2, 2015. Funeral services will be 2 pm Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Indian Creek Community Church with Rev. Charles Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by her husband, John F. Williams; a grandson, Greg Hudson; her parents, Hosea and Mattie Lee Reeves Burgans; two sisters, Lois Manning and Lee Waters; and three brothers, Nathan Burgans, David Burgans, and Ollie Joe Burgans. Survivors include two children, Kathryn Richards and Gary (Kathy) Williams; granddaughter, Melissa Raley; three great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; two sisters, Lane (Don) Goldsby and Madle Waters; and a number of nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Mack Williams, Denny Williams, Joey Williams, Tim Goldsby, Tony Linton, and Jerry Davis. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 pm until 8 pm. The body will lie-in-state at the church for 30 minutes prior to service time.
