David Lamar Henagan

Mr. David Lamar Henagan, 42, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Crenshaw Community Hospital.

Mr. Henagan was one-of-a-kind. He was already a world traveller at his birth, being born in Japan while his father was stationed there with the United States Army. He was a proud graduate of Brantley High School, and continued to enthusiastically support his alma mater throughout his life. Those who knew him appreciated his dry wit and forthright approach to life. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially working on vehicles with his son. He has gone from this life far too soon and he will be deeply missed.

Mr. Henagan was preceded in death by his father, Mickey Lamar Henagan. He is survived by his loving wife, Gail Henagan; his son, Dalton Henagan; stepson, Nicholas Young; three siblings, Michael Henagan, Lisa H. Berry, and Tim Morrow; niece, Haylei Henagan; and nephew, Trent Gollotte.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later time.
