Edgar Morris White

WHITE, Mr. Edgar Morris, 76, a resident of Highland Home, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017. Funeral services for Mr. White will be held at 11 AM on Monday, January 9, from the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Parker Bowen officiating and Ronnie Paulk delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine H. White, daughter Stephanie D’Ann White, mother, Myrtle Paulk White, and father and stepmother, Henry and Lena White. Mr. White is survived by his seven children, Robert (Lisa) White, Tammy (Bruce) Knott, Ronnie (Sharon) White, Randy (Karon) White, Larry (Amanda) White, Gered (Jana) White, and Chris (Shasta) White, seventeen grandchildren, and his sister, Dorothy Pike. Active pallbearers will be Robert White, Ronnie White, Larry White, Gered White, Chris White, and Lee White. Randy White and Corbin Knott will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 9:30 – 11 AM. Family and friends will gather at Union Baptist Church in Honoraville at 1:30pm following the service.
