Sweet Baby Emma “Emmy” Jay Carnley was born as perfect as the Good Lord made her on Monday, August 19, 2024, joining the angels in Heaven as her arrival just came far too soon. Her brief life is still a testament to God’s love, grace, and mercy because during this time He still showered her loved ones with the much-needed love and support required to get through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Despite their own grief and pain, they truly believe that Emmy Jay will always be a testament to the goodness of God, to his faithfulness, and to his love for all of us. Her light will live on in all those who she has left behind and will continue to ensure her influence remains a presence in their lives until they reunite with her in the presence of their Lord one day.
Emmy Jay was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Glen Daniel McLeod and Donald Foster Green. She is survived by her loving parents, Jay & Cody Carnley; her big brother, Grant Monroe Carnley; grandmothers, Hope McLeod and Janet Green; aunts & uncles, Brandy & Bo Mount, Uvone & Laura Carnley, and Amanda & Timmy Fullmore; and a host of cousins and other extended family members.
A celebration of Emmy Jay’s life will be held at 10 AM on Friday, August 23rd, in Providence Cemetery.
