Ersie Bell Mosley

Mosley, Mrs. Ersie Bell Owens passed away Friday June 9, 2017 at the age of 95. A graveside service for Mrs. Mosley will be held at 11 AM on Monday, June 12, in Spring Creek Cemetery in Honoraville, Alabama. Mrs. Mosley was born on December 6, 1921 to Coley and Minnie Owens in Crenshaw County, Alabama, and she worked for many years as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, Clyde Owens, Opal Sexton, Merle Bell, and Nellie Ruth Williamson, three children, Wayne Mosley, Minnie Kay Matta, and Paul Mosley, and two grandchildren, David Matta and Pam Mosley. She is survived by; five grandchildren, Kim Adams, Donald Matta, Missy Reese, John Matta, and Misty Davis, numerous great-grandchildren, and three siblings, Nelson Owens, Hense Owens, and Myrtle Cauthen.
