Ferris Eugene Simmons

SIMMONS, Mr. Ferris Eugene, 73, a resident of Luverne died Wednesday March 27, 2013. Funeral services will be 10 am Friday, March 29, 2013 at Repairers of the Breach Church, Vernledge Community, with Rev. Rex Reeves officiating. Interment will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Simmons is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra T. Simmons; three children, Dennis N. Simmons, Cynthia (Jeffery) Savage, and Linda Hatcher; six grandchildren, Jeremy Simmons, Teresa Simmons, Terry Simmons, Joseph Savage, Blake Savage, and Rebekah Savage; two great grandchildren, Alex and Shelby Simmons; a sister, Loraine Griner; and a brother, Glenn Simmons. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6 pm until 8 pm.
