Frances Elizabeth Beall

BEALL, Mrs. Frances Elizabeth McSwean, 96, a resident of Brantley died Friday January 21, 2011. Memorial services will be 2 pm Monday January 24, 2011 at the Brantley United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Precht officiating. Interment will be in the Brantley Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Beall is preceded in death by her husband, James Bentley Beall; her parents, Malcolm L. and Pearl McLeod McSwean; two sisters, Ester Bentley and Julia Johnson; brother, Malcolm L. McSwean, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law, Betty June Weede Beall. Survivors include her two children, Velinda (Edward) Hogeboom and James F. Beall; six grandchildren, Alison (Mike) Bryant, Amy (Thornton) Michaux, Betsy (David) Huff, Heather (Lenny) Fontes, Josh (Kelly) Hogeboom and Scott (Angie) Hogeboom; and 17 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in her name to Brantley United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 71, Brantley, AL 36009.
