Frances Elizabeth Hall

Mrs. Frances Welch Hall, 86, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away in her home on Saturday, November 26th, 2022.

Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Hall; their daughter, Janice H. Phelps; son-in-law, Jim Phelps Sr; grandson, Chris Phelps; and brothers, Bobby J. Williamson & Loddie D. Williamson.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Jim (Angie) Phelps Jr and Jennifer Phelps; granddaughter-in-law, Dana Phelps; great-grandchildren, Colton Phelps, Jesse (Josie) Phelps, Kaitlyn Phelps, Dale Baugh, Sienna Phelps, Oliver Gray, and Billy Gray; and brothers, Billy W. (Pearl) Williamson and Kenneth R. (Melissa) Williamson.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of Enhabit Hospice for their excellent care of Mrs. Hall during her last days.

There is no memorial service planned at this time.
