Frances Harper Stacks

STACKS, Mrs. Frances Jeane Harper, 71, a resident of Luverne and formerly of Dozier died Saturday, January 3, 2015. Graveside services will be 2 pm Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Good Hope Cemetery with Dr. Lee Dymond officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Stacks is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Fannie Mae Smith Harper; a sister, Helen Young; and a brother, Neal Harper. Survivors include her two daughters, Jan (Hank) Martin and Rebecca (Mark) Walls; five grandchildren, Henry, Brantley, and Samuel Martin and Luke and Logan Walls; sister, Irma (Noel) Dozier; and a brother, Billy (Susan) Harper. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:30 pm until 1 pm.
