EDWARDS, Mrs. Glennie Lee, 97, a resident of Luverne, died Thursday, May 14, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from Turner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Price officiating. Interment will follow in Faith Hill Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Edwards; her parents, Albert and Maggie Lee; two brothers, Henry Lee and Lewis Lee; and two sisters, Alma Stephens and Katie Milton. She is survived by one daughter, Lonie (Willard) Bees; two grandchildren, Lanora (David) Noble and Lavon (Mary) Bees; four great-grandchildren, Jason Sullivan, Amanda Bega, Kristy (Earl) Howard, and April (Jason) Pierce; eight great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ethel Vogue and Frances Blumingshine; and a number of loving nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be David Noble, Mathew Owens, Earl Howard, Jason Pierce, Randy Rogers, and David Tadlock. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 12:30 pm until service time.
