Gregory Scott Mcdougald

Mr. Gregory Scott McDougald Sr, 55, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly at Crenshaw Community Hospital on Sunday, October 30th, 2022.

Mr. McDougald had a gift for repairing things, particularly when it came to automotive body repair. While that was also his occupation through most of his life, however, it was also a lifetime passion and hobby of his as well. He was passionate about his job and he loved nothing more than being able to help others out when their vehicles were in need of repair. That was also a bonding experience with each of his children, as he usually put them in charge of handing him whatever tool he needed when they were younger. In his free time, he loved watching college football, whether it was cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide or the Miami Hurricanes, and as long as he had a Mt. Dew in his hand, he was satisfied.

Mr. McDougald was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Henry & Mary Ruth Westbrook McDougald. He is survived by his children, Brandy (Eddie) Rivera, Greg (Grace) McDougald Jr, and James McDougald, and his beloved canine companion, Chevy.
