Helen Walker Hockett

HOCKETT, Mrs. Helen Walker, 77, a resident of Honoraville died Saturday April 27, 2013. Graveside services will be 11 am Wednesday May 1, 2013 at Union Cemetery with Rev. William Burns officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Ms. Hockett is preceded in death by her parents, Gip and Ethel Walker; a sister, Thanna Grayson Powell; and two brothers, Grady Walker and Wilfred Walker. Survivors include a son, Dana Mac Bray of Valdosta, GA; three sisters, Betty C. Thomas of Honoraville, Erlene W. Watson of Tucker, GA, and Janice W. Barron of Troy; and a number of nieces and nephews.The family will recieve friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 9:30am until 10:30am.
