James Spencer Capps

CAPPS, Mr. James Spencer “Jim”, 60, a resident of Panama City, FL and formerly of Luverne died Tuesday April 7, 2015. Memorial services will be held at 11 am Thursday April 16, 2015 at the Luverne Church of Christ with Minister Ed Smith officiating. Jim was preceded in death by his father, George Spencer Capps. He is survived by his mother, Mary Coggins Capps and his brother, Tommy Capps. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 10 am to service time. In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorial donation may be made to one’s favorite charity.
