SIPPER, Mr. James Windham, 74, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Funeral services for Mr. Sipper will be held at 11 AM on Friday, September 29, at Centenary Assembly of God with Rev. Robert Carter and Brother Charles Sipper officiating. Interment will follow in Centenary Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Sipper was a lifelong building contractor, responsible for construction of homes throughout South Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents, John William and Susan Merle Stringer Sipper. Mr. Sipper is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Edna Lowe Sipper, three daughters, Lynn (Mike) Broderway, Lisa (Tim) Langford, and Stacey (Randall) Lowe, four grandchildren, Brandon Langford, Todd (Kayleigh) Broderway, Eric (Katherine) Lowe, and Anna Lowe, two brothers, Joel (Carolyn) Sipper and Philip (JoAnn) Sipper, and numerous nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Brandon Langford, Todd Broderway, Eric Lowe, Steven Sipper, Tim Sipper, and Matthew Sipper. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 9:30 – 11 AM.
