MORGAN, Mr. Jerry Lord, 72, a resident of Opelika and formerly of Brantley died Saturday, March 28, 2015. Graveside services will be 2 pm Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Brantley Cemetery with Rev. Gary Daniel officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Morgan is preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Sarah Lord Morgan. Survivors include his brother, Jimmy C. Morgan; three nieces, Carla (Clint) Davis, Karen (Allen) Flournoy, and Katie (Bret) McCary; three nephews, Jason (Kimberly) Morgan, Chad Morgan, and Robert (Carina) Lumpkin; seven great nieces and nephews; a great great niece; and a great great nephew. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:30pm until 1:30pm.
