Jimmy Howard Davis, Sr.

DAVIS, Mr. Jimmy Howard, Sr.,70, a resident of Brantley died Saturday June 22, 2013. Funeral services will be 2 pm Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with John Northup officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by a grandson, Eric Davis; parents, Rosser O. and Elizabeth Davis; and two brothers, Charles Davis and Jerry Davis. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Delitha Brasher Davis; four sons, Jimmy H. (Lea) Davis, Jr., Bobby G. (Tammy) Davis, Tony W. Davis and Brian O. Davis; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; and three sisters, Ann Dalrymple, Linda Davis and Geraldine Davis. Active pallbearers will be Bobby Davis, Jimmy Davis, Tony Davis, Haiden Davis, Dane Davis and Josh Davis. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:30pm until service time.
