Jo Anne Moore Davis

DAVIS, Mrs. Jo Anne Moore, 75, a resident of Highland Home, Alabama, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017. Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 18, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home with Minister Jack Cates and Reverend Parker Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Rafton L. Davis, parents, William Joseph and Myrtlene West Moore, sister, Teresa Allen, and brother, Tom Waldrup. She is survived by her three children, Cathy (Timothy) Brown, Peggy (Randall) Brown, and Joe (Barbie) Davis, seven grandchildren, Dennis (Leigh Ann) Brown, Sonya (Leslie) King, Summer (Jeremy) Hendrick, Alainna Davis, Caleb Davis, Raven Brown, and Johni Brown, six great-grandchildren, and her brother, Bill (Cyndi) Moore. Active pallbearers will be Dennis Brown, Leslie King, Jeremy Hendrick, Glen Davis, Elton Brown, and Robert Duett. Caleb Davis will serve as an honorary pallbearer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 – 11 AM.
