John Ben Johnson Jr

Mr. John Ben “J.B.” Johnson Jr, 84, a resident of Brantley, Alabama, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020.

Mr. Johnson’s skills as a mechanic were well-known in his community. In fact, he worked for Crenshaw County as a mechanic for many years before he retired. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. He was a loving husband, brother, and uncle, and he will be dearly missed by all those he leaves behind.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Johnson; parents, John Ben Sr and Willie Campbell Johnson; and his brother, Gerald “Cowboy” Johnson. He is survived by his two sisters, Merita (Malcolm) Bradley and Rebecca Adkinson; brother-in-law, Pete Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
