Joyce Lane Schofield

SCHOFIELD, Mrs. Joyce Lane, 84, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, January 9, in Siloam Cemetery with Rev. Harry Driggers officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Schofield was preceded in death by her husband, Lamon Schofield, II. She is survived by her two children, Viola Corley and Lamon B. Schofield, III, two grandsons, Christopher (Paige) Corley and Calvin (Misty) Corley, three great-grandchildren, Brittany (Cory) Jones, Justin Corley, and Chase Corley, and two great great-grandchildren, Emilee Corley and Aiden Jester. Active pallbearers will be Justin Corley, Calvin Corley, Chase Corley, Cory Jones, Justin Bell, and James Turner. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1 – 2pm.
