Kenneth Dale Mcneal, Jr.

MCNEAL, Mr. Kenneth Dale, Jr., 44, a resident of Columbus, MS died Saturday September 24, 2011 at his residence. Graveside services will be at 2:30 pm Thursday September 29, 2011 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. William Leverette officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Ken was a resident of Columbus, MS for the past twenty years having moved from the Gulf Coast area. He was a chemist for Eka Chemicals, Inc., with twenty years of service and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Mr. McNeal is preceded in death by his mother, Ann Morgan McNeal; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.T. McNeal; great grandmother, Willie Belle Morgan; and great aunts, Tommie Morgan and Maureen Walker. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Kenneth Dale and Merilyn McNeal, Sr., Gulfport, MS; sister, Amanda (Chad) Martin, Gulfport, MS; step-sister, Connie Jones; step-brother, Trent Lee; and two nephews, Cooper Martin and Brady Martin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 1 pm until 2 pm.
