Kline Slaughter

SLAUGHTER, Mr. Kline, 88, a resident of Luverne died Wednesday February 12, 2014. Graveside services will be 2 pm Friday February 14, 2014 at Darien Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Weeks and Rev. William Leverette officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Slaughter is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Adelia Slaughter and his sister, Mary Susan Borom. Survivors include a niece, Deborah (Neil) Krey ; a nephew, Doug Borom; and other family, Joe and Brunese Thomas, Anita and Martin West, Andrew West, Amanda (Greg) Evans, Laura (Anthony) Allegro, Jack Hudson, Gage Hudson, Haley Allegro, Phillip (Danielle) Hall, and Braya Hall. Active pallbearers will be Phillip Hall, Andrew West, Danny Jones, James "Jimbo" Campbell, Johnny Nichols, and Keith Fowler. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Thomas, Ed Jones, David Garrett, Edward Fowler, Raymond Trotter, and Larry Moody. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 pm until 8 pm. The family requests that any memorial donations be made to the Darien Cemetery Fund or to one’s favorite charity.
