Larry Mixon Hudson

HUDSON, Mr. Larry Mixon, age 59, a resident of Brantley, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Yawn officiating. Interment will follow in Brunson Chapel Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Hudson was a member of Luverne United Methodist Church and a Mason. He was preceded in death by his father, Sammie M. Hudson. He is survived by his mother, Clemmie A. Hudson, a special friend, Sharon MacIntosh and her daughter Sydney, and a number of cousins and friends. Active pallbearers will be Kevin Atwell, Kyle Flowers, Kevin Messick, Justin Frazier, Albert Adams, and Keith Stephens. The family would like to especially thank Brantley Rescue Squad and Crenshaw Community Hospital for their services during a difficult time. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:30pm until service time.
