Laura Ann Grimes

GRIMES, Ms. Laura Ann, 44, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017. Funeral services for Ms. Grimes will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, June 27, at Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Leverette and Rev. Price officiating. Interment will follow in Cool Springs Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Ms. Grimes was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Lowe Cleckley, and her grandparents, Henry J. and Ruby Mae Frazier Lowe and Ottis F. Cleckley, Sr. and Dorothy W. Champion Cleckley. She is survived by two children, Crystal Grimes and Donald Grimes, her father, Ottis F. Cleckley, Jr., sister, Lori Ann Robinson, two nieces, Allison and Alexis Robinson, two nephews, Cody and Henry Robinson, and a host of aunt, uncles, and cousins. Active pallbearers will be Stevie Lowe, Derek Lowe, Nathan Lowe, Jeremy Lowe, Michael Lowe, and Josh Tadlock. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 1 – 2pm.
