Linda Faye Butts

BUTTS, Mrs. Linda Faye Armentrout, age 73, a resident of Honoraville, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh B. Sikes, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Joquin Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Butts was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Doxie Peoples Armentrout. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Edwin M. Butts; four children, Donald C. (Brenda) Avant; Bernie (Missy) Sadler, Darlene (John) Dodd, and Robin (Andy) Culpepper; twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Brenda (James) Whitman; and Charlotte McGuire. Active pallbearers are Caleb Avant, Jason Avant, Howard Whitman, Sid Whitman, Jeff McGuire, and Bryan Carter. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:30pm until service time.
