Lucille Shirley Compton

COMPTON, Mrs. Lucille Shirley, 86, a resident of Luverne died suddenly Monday July 22, 2013 at her residence. Graveside services will be 10 am Wednesday July 24, 2013 at Springhill Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Compton is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Compton; her parents, Cecil and Erma Bradley Shirley; a sister, Lillian Bailey; and two brothers, Cecil Shirley, Jr and Donald Shirley. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Howard and Myra Compton; three grandsons, Leslie Compton, Tom (Rena) Compton and Andy Compton; four great grandchildren, Cory Howard Compton, Brian Compton, Reid Compton and Kinley Compton; a sister, Myrtle (Sam) Henderson; and a brother, Lance Shirley. Active pallbearers will be Leslie Compton, Tom Compton, Andy Compton, Cory Compton, Brian Compton and Reid Compton. Family and friends will meet at the graveside on Wednesday at the service time.
