Mae Lene Tate Brewer

BREWER, Mrs. Mae Lene Tate, 75, a resident of Rutledge, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017. Funeral services for Mrs. Brewer will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, February 21, at Glenwood Assembly of God with Rev. Dan Marler and Rev. Justin Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Brewer was preceded in death by her parents, Mark H. and Annie Pearl Golden Tate, and her sister, Janet T. Williamson. She is survived by her two children, Mark Gibson and Vicki (Steve) Broadhead, two grandchildren, Tatelyn (Carlos) Noda and Braxton Broadhead, great-grandson, Harrison Noda, sister, Joyce Tate (Bobby) Powell, aunt, Mary Shirley, brother-in-law, Randy Williamson, godson, West (Lora Pouncey) Williamson, niece, Leisa Hare, great-nephew, Jason Pridmore, great-niece, Jennifer Cowan, 3 great great-nieces, Xoe Pridmore, Hannah Cowan, and Madison Wilson, and two great great-nephews, Christian Cowan and Silas Pridmore. Active pallbearers will be Jason Pridmore, Wayne Shirley, Bobby Powell, Christian Cowan, Terry Tate, and Shane Taylor. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 1 – 2pm.
