Margaret Ann Holladay

HOLLADAY, Mrs. Margaret Ann Smith, 70, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2014, with her family by her side at the University of Alabama Birmingham Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Hubert H. Holladay, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Smith, and a brother, Mickey Smith. Margaret was always full of life and she never met a stranger. She spent her life caring for others, both as a nurse and a dental hygienist and as a loving friend always there to lend a helping hand to everyone. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, two daughters that were her pride and joy, Jane (John) Mozingo, San Antonio, Texas and Laura Holladay, Luverne, Alabama, her most beloved grandchildren, Cameron, Courtney, Lauren, Jp and Brodie, two brothers, William (Sue) Smith and Larry (Debbie) Smith, and a host of the most loving and caring lifelong friends that filled her days with joy and laughter.

A celebration of her life will be held at on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 11:00 am, at Joquin Baptist Church.
