Mary Olene Kimbro

KIMBRO, Mrs. Mary Olene, 96, a resident of Brantley, AL died Friday, July 13, 2012. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 16, 2012 at 11 AM from Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Tate and Rev. Timothy Davis officiating. Interment to follow in the Church cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Kimbro was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Tranum Kimbro; her grandson, Dannie Davis; son-in-law, Carson Davis; her parents, Jim Tom & Annie Hart Williams; two sisters, Pearlie Stewart and Lucile Campbell; and five brothers, Clifford, Lonnie, Fred, Walter Ray, and O’Neal Williams. She is survived by two children, Faye Davis and Lomax (Betty) Kimbro; three grandchildren, Anita (Berry) Ottinger, Brad (Judith) Kimbro, and Andy (Lindsey) Kimbro; twelve great grandchildren, Eric Davis, Kevin Davis, Christopher Davis, Stephen Davis, Adam Ottinger, Cody Ottinger, Kayla Ottinger, Haley Barnett, Ashlynn Kimbro, Madison Kimbro, Andrew Kimbro, and Anna Katherine Kimbro; and nine great-great grandchildren, Tanner Davis, Riley Davis, Kevy Davis, Chloe Davis, Kade Ottinger, Carson Ottinger, Bella Barnett, Sophia Barnett, and Jovey Barnett. Pallbearers include Eric Davis, Kevin Davis, Lamar Folmar, Berry Ottinger, Adam Ottinger, and Dwight Layton. The family will receive friends at the church Monday morning from 10 am until service time.
