Mary Helen Wolfe

WOLFE, Mrs. Mary Helen, 64, a resident of Dozier, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, May 22, from the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Rutledge Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Wolfe was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Brandon Joe Bass and Brittany Danielle McCormick, her parents, Vernon and Cuba Dean Wicker DeFee, and three brothers, Joe DeFee, Dale DeFee, and Doug DeFee. She is survived by her husband, Aubrey Wolfe, three sons, Douglas (Sherry) Furr, Chris (Freda) Furr, and Bobby (Renee) Bass, nine grandchildren, Courtney McCormick, Shaun Bolding, Kelsey Furr, Tyler Furr, Sarah (Adam) Garrett, Asa Furr, Vicky Bass, Kimberly Bass, and Lexy Bass, two great-grandchildren, Addalynn Grace and Alexa, and brother, Jimmy (Alice) DeFee. Active pallbearers will be Gary DeFee, Michael DeFee, Jonathan DeFee, Greg Walker, John Joyner, and Carlos Dean. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 21, from 6 – 8pm.
