There simply aren't enough words to describe what a joy and light Miranda was in the lives of so very many. She had an open and generous heart with everyone she met, and they all knew she could be a safe harbor in the storms of their lives because they knew she never judged, just simply loved. No one had a better sense of humor either. She possessed both an infectious personality and laugh, so no one could light up a room like she was able to do. She could make any bad day better with her smile and loving heart. You never had to wonder what Miranda was thinking because she was probably going to tell you since she loved to talk your ear off. Blessed with such a tender heart, she wanted to make sure everyone she loved and cared for was happy and having a good time. And she definitely was the person to go to when you wanted to have a good time because there was certainly never a dull moment when Miranda was around. Miranda was remarkable and unforgettable, and a true blessing to everyone fortunate enough to be a part of her life.
The three greatest loves in Miranda's life were Jesus, her family, and the Crimson Tide. She was a dedicated worker and truly enjoyed her job at the Chicken Shack, as well as her family of colleagues there. In her free time, when she wasn't cheering on Alabama to victory on the gridiron, she was likely either excelling at softball in local recreational teams, fishing, or enjoying spending time with her family and friends. If you needed to know something about the Bible or American History, Miranda was definitely gonna be your girl. She also adored both of her parents, but she was a daddy's girl at heart! Her fiancé and baby girls were her whole heart, and she couldn't have loved them any more than she did. Miranda was also a doting aunt who loved few things more than supporting her nieces and nephews through all of their various events and activities. And you better believe, if you heard someone yelling the loudest from the bleachers, it was bound to be Aunt Miranda!! Family came first for Miranda in all things. She was usually the peacemaker amongst the crowd, but mess with her family and you were gonna find out how much of a mama bear she could be! She grew up amongst a host of siblings and cousins who were more like siblings, so she had plenty of opportunities and partners in crime for childhood mischief and shenanigans, but her most frequent compatriot was her sister, Brittany. Miranda always knew just how blessed she was to have such a large and boisterous family and she was so very proud of each and every one of them. She was an integral part of the group and her leaving far too soon is almost too painful to bear, but her legacy lives on in both her girls and the hearts & minds of all those who knew and loved her so very much.
Miranda was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Royce Bowlan, George Teague, and Raymond Arsenault III.
