Olene Everage Tisdale

TISDALE, Olene Everage, 90, a lifetime resident of Crenshaw County died Monday, February 28, 2011. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 4, 2011 at 11AM from the Brantley United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Prectt and Rev. William Leverette officiating and Eulogy by Thomas Wells. Interment will follow in Brantley Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Tisdale is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie J. Tisdale; parents, Jonathan and Clemmie Raley Everage; brothers, Arthur Everage, Dallas Everage and Curtis Everage; sisters, Rebecca Money, Ruby Smith and Vera Smith. She is survived by two step- daughters, Mrs. Ann T. (Sherwood)Stewart, Lake Martin and Mrs. Mary T. Wells, Memphis, Tn.; five grandchildren, Thomas Wells, Jaye Wells, Dale Wells, Ashley Stewart and Nancy S. Peterson; four great grandchildren, Ashley Jr. and Sean Stewart, Alice and Leon Wells; sister-in-law, Phyllis Everage; three nieces, Sylvia Gibson, Gwen Lucio, Colista Everage,; five nephews, Carl Money, Cleve Money, Henry Money, Anthony Everage and Mark Free. A number of great nieces, nephews and cousins. Active pallbearers will be Ashley Stewart, Thomas Wells, Jaye Wells, Dale Wells, Anthony Everage, Phil Peterson, Dr. Charles Burgess,Jr and Tony Walden. Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Money, John Free, Jesse Lucio, Wayne Gibson, Willie Smith, Jr, James Hollis, Paul Woaley, Horace Fowler and Chris Fowler.
