MOBLEY, Mrs. Mary Evelyn “Pat,” 74, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. A graveside service for Mrs. Mobley will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, November 25, in Luverne Emmaus Cemetery with Rev. Harry Driggers officiating and Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Mobley was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who dedicated her life to taking care of others as a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Mattie Kelly; six sisters, Irene Thomason, Lillie Wathen, Betty Bryson, Scener Ruth Kelly, Ruby Burgans, and Pearl Kelley; and two brothers, John Kelly and J.D. Kelly. Mrs. Mobley is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Henry L. Mobley; three children, Daniel Mobley, Karen Renee Mobley (Scott) Thierfelder, and Brady Lavon Mobley; three grandchildren, SethThierfelder, Ethan (Kelley) Thierfelder, and Lance Thierfelder; two great-grandchildren, Roslyn Thierfelder and Bennett Thierfelder; sister, Sarah (Billy) Davis; and a host of nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Daniel Mobley, Seth Thierfelder, Ethan Thierfelder, Lance Thierfelder, Scott Thierfelder, and Steve Defee. Family and friends will meet in the cemetery at the service time.
