Pleo Thomas Sexton

SEXTON, Mr. Pleo Thomas, age 88, a resident of Highland Home, AL died Monday, March 25, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Turner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Leverette and Rev. Jim Looney officiating. Mr. Sexton is preceded in death by his wife Gladys Thomas Sexton; his parents, Oren & Winnie Mae Sexton; four brothers, R.J. Sexton, Boykin Sexton, Oren M. Sexton, and Theo Sexton; and by one sister, Ethel Cauthen. He is survived by his son, Earl Sexton; two grandchildren, William Bradley Sexton and Trey Fendler; one great grandchild, Luna Fendler; two sisters, Gury Mae McCullough and Jewel Cauthen; his brother, Perry (Carolyn) Sexton; along with a number of loving nieces and nephews. Nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers, Ray McCullough, Alvin Sexton, Howard Sexton, Kenneth Sexton, Tommy Sexton and Earl Sexton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday afternoon from 1 pm until service time.
