Raymond Hugh Boggs Jr

Mr. Raymond Hugh Boggs Jr, 55, a resident of Brantley, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Funeral services for Mr. Boggs will be held at 2 PM on Friday, July 5, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home with Brother Gene Elder officiating. Interment will follow in Indian Creek Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mr. Boggs was a loving son and husband. He had an infectious personality, and he loved spending his free time in the Great Outdoors. He excelled at hunting, fishing, trapping, and shooting. He also thoroughly enjoyed communicating with others through his CB radio. He will be sorely missed by the family and friends he leaves behind.

Mr Boggs was preceded in death by his wife, Sheri Boggs, and his father, Raymond H. Boggs Sr. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Wilma Ingalls and Donnie Howell; uncle, Wilbert Bolding; and numerous cousins and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Lon Howell, Paul Burgans, Neil Murphy, Keith Bryan, Jerone Owens, Gator Owens, and Tony Wood. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1 - 2pm.
